Nature of the Site

This private reference stores no official jail, court, release, or corrections records. It cannot confirm a current custody status, release a person, file a request, or change an agency record.

The pages identify Wayne County and Michigan record sources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. The originating public office remains responsible for its own data.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors agree to use the site and linked information responsibly.

• Do not violate any local, state, or federal law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.

Michigan law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Michigan.

Terms That Remain Valid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as much as needed. Every remaining provision will continue in effect.
